Store Policies Because we want you to be completely happy with your purchase: We will accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive it. Please email us at info@lolabellesgiftshop.com or call us at 903-527-5468 for the return address. Some of our products come direct from the manufacturer and some from our warehouse. We will issue a refund for the entire purchase price less shipping. If you purchased an item with free shipping, then we will deduct our cost for shipping. You are responsible for shipping cost both ways. Items must be returned with all original packaging, enclosures and certificate in original condition with no writing, tears or tape marks. Items must be in new and unused condition with no wear. For your protection, please insure all returned items. We insure all items we ship and signature is required for delivery. If your item arrives damaged or is not correct, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. |
